Mission Statement:

Middle Georgia Management Group has an internal objective in assisting with the revitalization of the Macon and Middle Georgia community through the organizational efforts of acquiring, renovating, and leasing properties that have been identified as vacant and/or dilapidated.

Meet the Team:

Terri W. Ford is the President and one of three managing partners of Middle Georgia Management Group, LLC. Prior to starting MGMG, Mrs. Ford worked for 34 years at Suntrust Bank as Vice President and Branch Manager. Her tenure at SunTrust Bank afforded her the opportunity of developing her leadership, management and training skills. She received her Bachelor’s of Applied Science Degree with a concentration in management and organizational leadership from Mercer University. She  believes in giving back to the community through her participation on several non-profit executive boards within the community, including Macon Regional Crimerstoppers, Inc. and Legacy Builders, Inc.

Tiera Ford is Vice President and one of three managing partners of Middle Georgia Management Group, LLC. She is an alumni of Northeast High School and of Middle Georgia State University, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Counseling. Perfection is an attribute that Ms. Ford strives for in everything that she does. It is her previous experience in sales, customer services, and social services, along with her passion for helping individuals that makes her a valuable asset to the MGMG team. Her experiences have also contributed to her ability to assess the needs of Middle Georgia residents and assist in making their dreams a reality.

Brian L. Ford is Vice President and one of three managing partners of Middle Georgia Management Group, LLC. Being a prodigy of the East Macon community, Mr. Ford is an alumni of Northeast High School. His collegiate background includes a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Mercer University. His extensive experience in customer service and social services aides him in achieving the ultimate goal of the company, revitalizing the Middle Georgia community.
